Parvinder Grewal, Licensed Holistic Health Practitioner  

As a child Parvinder was drawn to plants and fascinated with their medicinal qualities. She later went on to study Biology and Environmental Studies at the University of Victoria where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. Shortly afterwards she received an internship to South Asia and furthered her knowledge on indigenous plants and their application as medicine with the local healers. She went on to study Reflexology, Nutrition, Yoga and Herbology. Parvinder specializes in Ayurveda and is an active member of the National Association for Holistic Health Practitioners and now practices at 3Realms Wellness in Surrey BC.
